Starlix helps to provide protection at your mealtimes, so you need to take your Starlix tablet before each main meal. If you take Starlix after you’ve started eating, it will not be as effective.
Starlix is easy to use. Take one Starlix tablet immediately before each main meal, with a glass of water. When skipping your meal, simply skip that dose.
Eating healthy and exercising.
Taking Starlix with a meal does not mean that you can eat anything you want or avoid your exercising. Eating healthy, balanced meals and exercising are always important in controlling all type 2 diabetes. It's important to follow your doctor's and/or dietician's instructions on eating properly and exercising when taking Starlix.
